How do I measure my shoe size?
The best way to find out your shoe size is to accurately measure your foot. You can do this by following these simple steps:
Place your foot on a blank sheet of paper.
1. Mark down the front of your big toe and the back of your heel on the paper.
2. Then measure the distance between the two points in mm
3. Compare this measurement to Novo’s size chart to find the right size for you.
Expert tip: If you can, try and stand while someone else marks your measurements for you. This will ensure a more accurate measurement.
How Do I Know My US and EU Shoe Size?
For an accurate understanding of what size you are, refer to the size chart above for a full overview of women and kids shoe sizing. AU sizes are equal to US shoe sizes, while EU, UK and Brazilian sizes run differently.
What if the shoe does not fit?
We are happy to accept a return of your items within 14 days of you receiving the product . All items must be unworn and in original condition.
